We stayed in 3 different rooms over 2 stays. The last room we stayed in was lovely and spacious. The Manager was really helpful. Location excellent.

The rooms were spacious with adequate furniture. The staff were amazing. All of them spoke good English and were very very humble and helpful.

The location next to the Hoan Kiem lake was great. Opposite of the hotel there is small, but great place to eat. Everything was nice, room was quite fine, staff too. Recommended!
